Due Vigne Wine Club Terms & Conditions

Welcome! Thank you for becoming a part of the Due Vigne Club Membership. To help you make the most of your membership please take a moment to familiarize yourself with all the policies regarding your membership.

There is no fee to join the Due Vigne Wine club and you may sign up anytime online, or by visiting the tasting room. As a member you agree to the terms and conditions of your membership. By becoming a member, you verify that you or the recipient of the club is at least 21 years of age.

Billing Notifications

You will receive an email two weeks prior to each club shipment noting important dates and details of your shipment. It is the member’s responsibility to update your credit card and billing/shipping address prior to your billing date. As a member, you authorize Due Vigne to charge your credit card four times per year for a minimum of four club shipments or one year.

Wine Club Pickup & Selection

Once you receive your email notification and all of your information is up to date, visit our tasting room and select the wines under your membership type. 

Club Viaggio – Choice of Three Bottles (2 Signature wines & 1 Premier wine)

Club Tesoro:  Choice of Four Bottles (1 Signature wine, 2 Premier wines & 1 Vintner wine)

Club Volta: Choice of Six Bottles (2 Signature wines, 2 Premier wines & 2 Vintner wines)

Signature Collection Wines: Our Signature Collection is the quintessential gathering wine. Perfect for every day enjoyment, these wines are fruit forward, smooth, and food friendly. Premier Collection Wines: Our Premier Collection wines are varietals selected from our vineyards for their special terroir and uniqueness to the varietal. Always small lots, these varietals are harvested through meticulous sorting methods to ensure only the best quality. Vintner’s Collection Wines: Every bottle in the Vintner’s Collection is specially selected by our winemaker. These wines spend extra time in new oak barrels to develop subtle nuances and unique flavor profiles unmatched by our Signature and Premier Collections. These wines can cellar for ten years or more.

Shipping Customers

We have negotiated a flat shipping and handling fee of $32.00 for club shipments only. Additional orders will be subject to shipping fees based on the number of bottles and shipping state. Customers electing to ship their wine will be notified of the pre-selected wines two weeks prior to billing. If you would like to swap or change your selection, we encourage you to do so by replaying to the email with your changes and one of our team members will contact you to confirm your order prior to billing.

Due to federal law, all wine shipments must be signed for by a person at least 21 years of age, a daytime delivery address, preferably a business address, is requested. Shipments are handled by UPS or FedEx and cannot be delivered to PO boxes. Unless designated by the customer, most orders are shipped via ground service. Returned or refused shipments will incur additional fees.

Due Vigne is not responsible for shipping charges incurred due to misdirected or returned shipments or changes made after the deadline. If a club shipment is returned for an incorrect address or three failed delivery attempts, you will be responsible for the additional cost of reshipping. Members are responsible for all taxes or handling fees, including shipments that are refused, returned or shipped to an old address. If there has been some sort of error with delivery, we will be happy to work with you to resolve it. Unless designated by the customer, most orders are shipped via ground service.

We currently ship to the following states: AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, ID, IN, IA, KS, LA, MA, MD, MI, MN, NC,ND, NE, NJ, NM, NV, OH, OR, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, VT, WA, WI, WY.

We DO NOT ship to the following states: Alaska, Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Hawaii, Illinois, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, Mississippi, New Hampshire, New York, North Dakota, South Dakota, Utah and Virginia.

Sorry, we cannot ship internationally at this time.

Online Orders

Orders are processed Monday through Thursday, 9 am to 4 pm. Orders placed during processing hours may take up to three days to ship. Order placed Friday through Sunday and holidays may take up to an additional 3 days to ship. Customers requiring specialized delivery service are encouraged to call us directly for assistance in placing the order.

Return Policy

Due Vigne Winery guarantees quality products and service. We will replace or refund your cost for any bottle of wine that is damaged or flawed. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the products are corked or flawed. We are also unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error. Address changes, package re-routes, missed deliveries, delivery intercepts, or package recalls that are deemed no fault of the winery will incur extra charges.

We strongly recommend delivery of wine shipments to a business, rather than a home address. To arrange for the return of corked or flawed products, please send an email to wineclub@duevignewinery.com

If the original shipment was damaged or flawed, you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges, or you will receive a full replacement order.

Holds and Cancellations

Requests to cancel your membership can be made after you have received four club shipments and with a 14-day cancellation notice to wineclub@duevigne.com. If you cancel your membership before you have received your minimum club shipment, and early cancellation fee will apply. Club Viaggo: $75 fee. Club Tesoro: $100 fee. Club Volta: $150 fee.

After meeting your 12 month commitment, You may place your membership “on hold” for one shipment per calendar year with a written notice to wineclub@duevigne.com at least 10 days prior to a club month. Please note that a hold on your membership also suspends all club benefits.

Commitments and Requirements

All wine club commitment requirements are subject to change without notice. If any changes occur that directly affect your current membership commitment, you will be notified immediately and given 30 days to opt our of your club without a cancellation fee.

You will be automatically enrolled in email and SMS notifications upon signing up for our wine club and providing your phone number and email address. You can opt out of these emails at anytime by clicking “unsubscribe” for emails, or “STOP” for text messages. 

Sharing Your Club Benefits

Due to system constraints we can only have a maximum of two names and one corresponding email on the membership. Benefits are not transferable. However, if you have family or friends who would like to visit the winery when you are not present you may request one guest pass per calendar year. This pass will give the bearer access to members-only lounge, a complimentary glass of wine and a 10% discount on all wine purchases. Please email wineclub@duevigne.com at least two weeks in advance to have a pass emailed to you.
